SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
We ship worldwide to countries and regions available at checkout.
If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days.
This includes order verification, product sourcing, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch to our fulfillment partners.
Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods such as holidays, promotions, or due to supplier and logistics delays.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once processed, estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 15 business days.
These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, carrier delays, product type, and fulfillment partner.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can also track your order through our page:
“WHERE IS MY ORDER?!”
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
These may include carrier delays, customs inspections, international transit disruptions, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur.
6. LOST OR STALLED SHIPMENTS
A shipment is not considered lost simply because it is delayed.
If tracking shows no meaningful updates for an extended period, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will review the case.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement shipment,
- store credit, or
- a refund.
All resolutions are provided at our discretion based on tracking data and shipment status.
7. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact your local carrier and check your delivery location.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we are not responsible for that loss.
If the package is returned, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or another solution at our discretion.
9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control customs processes and are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we are not obligated to issue a full refund.

Orders may be shipped in separate packages.
This is due to the use of different suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.
Items may arrive at different times.
11. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order value, and product type.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive deliveries.
If delivery fails due to customer inaction, refusal, or failure to respond to carrier or customs requests, we are not responsible for the resulting loss.
