RETURN POLICY

At SHIT FOR FRIENDS, we aim to provide a smooth and fair experience for all customers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle issues related to orders, including damaged items, incorrect products, and delivery problems.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process (including dropshipping and print-on-demand production), we do not accept traditional returns.
This means that items cannot be returned to us once delivered.
However, we will always work with you to resolve legitimate issues.
2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following situations:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- Your item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
- Your order did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe
All cases are reviewed individually based on tracking information and supporting evidence.
3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g. no longer wanting the item)
- Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing differences
4. NO RETURN SHIPPING
We do not require customers to return items.
In most cases, you will not need to send anything back to receive a resolution.
Any attempt to return an item without prior approval will not be processed.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A RESOLUTION

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
6. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. REPLACEMENTS
If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new item at no additional cost.
Processing and shipping times will apply to replacement orders.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback.
